Glover Express Detailing is an independently owned business. Having clients reschedule outside of our policy could possibly prevent us from filling that spot. We’re willing to try our best to make it work but if you’re unable to cancel 72 hours or more before you booked appointment you will be required to pay a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged half of the service amount. If a deposit was paid this will go toward the cancellation fee amount. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
